JTSi Hosts Virtual Yoga Session for Wellness and Balance

JTSi hosted a virtual yoga session led by Yogashiromani Shri. Vinod Kumar, focusing on harmony, mindfulness, and self-care. Team members across departments joined in to unwind, recharge, and take away simple techniques for healthier living.

JTSi India organized a rejuvenating virtual yoga session on July 2, 2025. Led by Yogashiromani Shri. Vinod Kumar, the session offered employees a much-needed midweek break focused on relaxation, mindfulness, and improved well-being.

The 30-minute session was well-received, with enthusiastic participation from team members across departments. Shri. Vinod Kumar shared practical tips on integrating simple yoga techniques into daily life to help reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote overall health.
