Agile Development Model

An Iterative Approach to

Software development!

What is Agile Model?

Agile Software Development Model is an iterative approach where pieces of software will be developed in different phases. These phases otherwise called Sprints will help the end users or clients to analyze and access the MVP (Minimal viable product). JTSi gathers the requirements and solutions evolve based on the feedback from the customer on the product to be developed. Since Agile Software Development Model is an iterative method of software development, from each sprint review there will be changes and enhancements to the product. Our cross-functional teams achieve this through a collaborative effort and will adapt to the changes to deliver the product as quickly as possible.

What is Agile Model in Software development?

In Agile Software Development Model, we do not have separate phase for Requirement gathering and workshops with clients. Gathering the requirements, developing the software, testing the product and delivery is done sequentially and achieved through Sprints.

JTSi’s development team understands the requirements, designs the architecture, defines the DB and starts coding. Our QA team tests the software developed, product owner does the UAT and quickly releases the product to get the feedback from our clients. This will be a sequential process and we have a team which is flexible to undertake changing requirements because we are delivering only a small portion of the software in each phase. The final product that is delivered.
