JTSi values our customer’s time and we make the best effort to authenticate candidate database. Our HR recruitment and solutions include validation of collected information of candidates. Our team will do reference checks and background verification as part of manpower recruiting services.

Client Interview

Once the initial phases are accomplished, then we connect the candidate with the client. This way the client only needs to dedicate very less amount of their valuable time. The lion’s share of the task will be already undertaken by JTSi by assuming our role as a human resource consulting company.
